Personal Life: Amala Paul has born to Christian Malayali Parents after completing her school education from Nirmala higher secondary school she joined St.Teresa’s college in kochi to pursue her graduation. Her father has been strictly against acting career but due to her brother abijith support she entered into the film Industry. Amala’s mother Annice Paul is a singer and Father Paul Verghese is into theater.

Debut Movie: Amala Paul started her film career with Low budget Malayalam movie ‘Neelathamara’ in the year 2009 but the film has been flop inspite of hard by her, later she got role in Tamil movies ‘Veerasekaran’ and ‘Sindhu Samaveli’ these films are got flopped. Due to acting skills she was given another chance in a Tamil movie ‘Mynaa’ which was a turning point in her life because she was nomited for the best actress award in film fare and Vijay award.
She also acted in Telugu movies like ‘Bejawada’ ‘Love Failure’ which were average. The other movies which she acted are ‘Ithu Nammude Katha’ ‘Vikatakavi’ ‘Deiva Thirumaga’ vettai’’Kadhalil sodhapuvadu yeppadi’ Muppozhudham un karpanaiga’ and Aakhashathinta niram’.
