Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee pleanary on May 14th

The Pradesh Congress Committee is busy with arrangements for its first State level plenary on May 14. The PCC has so far dispatched invitations to 25,000 delegates including members of AICC, PCC, MPs, MLAs, DCCs, Block and Mandal Congress committees, State and district level frontal organizations, market
committees, PACs, ZPTCs, MPTCs, Municipal Councils and Chairpersons of State level Corporations and Directors. Special Photo Identity and Car Passes have been made ready for distribution by the DCCs to the invitees in their respective districts, and CLP to its members. MPs and MLAs will be given passes at the CLP offices. PCC will issue passes to AICC and PCC members and others at party headquarters.


Passes for other delegates including former MLAs, MLCs, MPs would be issued at their respective DCCs. The day-long deliberations on May 14, would discuss three official resolutions besides transacting other business. PCC President Dr. K. Keshava Rao would unfurl the party flag at 9.30 am at the venue of the Plenary and deliver the presidential address. Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad will be the chief guest while the AICC general secretary and in-charge of State affair Mr. Digvijay Singh will make the opening remarks. Union Minister for Panchayat Raj Mr. Mani Shankar Iyer will speak on �Panchayat Raj System�, and Chief Minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy would render �rededication message�, committing the party and Government to serve the people.
