Kamal Haasan is one man whose films
always spark one controversy or the other. Sometimes, it has to do with his
atheist ideology and sometimes, it has to do with his steamy lip lock sequences.
Right now, his new venture ‘500 BC’ is getting its own form of attention, for
the wrong reasons.
As the title suggests, the film is said to be on the backdrop of 500 BC and it
is heard that there are scenes depicting Brahmins who would be eating meat.
While no confirmations are received on this, those who heard this say that if
this is true then controversies are sure to arise.
For now, Kamal is busy with his short term commercial comedy venture with noted
director K S Ravi Kumar. The script work is said to be on for ‘500 BC’ and if
this Brahmin episode is true, then it would be an irony since Kamal happens to
be from a staunch Brahmin family.
