Even before its launch officially, megastar
Chiranjeevi's party is acquiring all sorts of evils plaguing any
other political party.
Particularly, fans of Chiranjeevi, who are supposed to be the face
of his party, which he wants to make exemplary, are behaving like
street rowdies. On Saturday, the so-called Chiranjeevi fans held a "Chiranjeevi
Students Forum" meeting at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram. They got so
frenzied that they started beating up mediapersons and cameramen who
came there to cover the meeting. In the process, a few media persons
sustained injuries. But for the intervention of Chiru's advisor Dr
Mitra, there would have been a bigger disaster at the venue.
Chiru must know that the entire State is keeping a watch on his
activities and is eagerly waiting for his party, which they want to
be different from the others. If his fans behave in unruly manner,
it would damage his reputation much before his political entry.
Moreover, he definitely needs to make use of the media to convey his
message to the people and therefore, he has to maintain a lot of
restraint while dealing with the media, even if there is a little
exaggeration in the news coverage. So, beware of your fans, Chiru!
